Edge Explore 2

The Edge Explore 2 is an easy-to-use GPS cycling computer at an accessible price point. Garmin's proven GPS software is built in, to track how far, how fast, how high and where you ride.

The 3” high-resolution touchscreen is glove- and rain-friendly, and visible even under direct sunlight. This unit has an IPX7 water resistance rating, which means it has been tested submerged under water, at a depth of one meter, for thirty minutes, so it you know it's built to keep working as hard as you, even through the stormiest of rides.

This unit comes preloaded with features to help you get the most out of your ride. Pre-set activity profiles include "road", "off-road", and "indoor" are ready to load, right out of the box. The Edge Explore 2 will show high-traffic roads directly on the map, to help you stay aware as you ride and make informed choices for your route.

The Edge Explore 2 is compatible with sensors (sold separately) for monitoring heart rate, bike speed, cadence, and more. It is also compatible with Varia cycling awareness devices, including smart bike lights and rearview radar, to detect cars and alert drivers. 

Pair the Edge Explore 2 with your smartphone, and you can control the soundtrack to your indoor rides directly from your device.
