Service Department

From quick fixes and flat repair, to wheel truing and complete builds, we do it all. Please note that in order to provide quality service we must evaluate all service and repair requests in person, as the cost of any necessary repairs can not be determined remotely. All service work is completed in the order in which it is received, and replacement parts can typically be counted on to arrive within one week.

We do our best to service all bikes with the same level of care and attention to detail. That said, please be aware that it is our policy to recommend retiring a bicycle with irreparable damage (not limited to bent or cracked frames) for your safety.
