From performing routine service work, to discussing bicycle technology and placing special orders, to communicating with customers and other team members, we would be lost without organized, focused staff. It can be challenging to think on your feet and maintain composure on the busiest days, while addressing the needs of all kinds of riders. Even small interactions, and purchases, must be treated with equal importance.

During the busiest months, we are open seven days a week, and we need team members who are available to work during the busiest times, and cover shifts for others when they get sick days. We perform every day the shop is open, so it’s a bonus if you can shift between sales and service.

We do our best to foster an inclusive environment, where it’s not enough to be able to address the different needs of a seasonal bicycle commuter and a randonneur. All members of the community should feel welcome in our bike shop. We opened in 2009, and over the years we have sponsored teams and races, hosted free classes, and led group rides, and we’re looking for like-minded people who understand what the community needs, and how the bicycle industry is changing.

We pride ourselves on having a great staff, and, of course, there are benefits beyond sharing a space with our favorite cafe in the city. In addition to employee discounts, shop staff also get deep discounts from industry partners. Any questions? Send an email with your resume, and let's get the conversation started.
