We occasionally get questions about our return policy, so we're posting it right here on the blog to bring some additional clarity where it may be needed.

All bicycles are non-returnable. For a full refund (cash or card), all merchandise (with the exception of bicycles) must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Cash purchases may need to be refunded via store check if the amount is $100.00 or more.

A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for merchandise in used condition, or with missing packaging, damaged packaging, missing hardware, etc. Restocking fees will be assessed on an individual basis at the time of return.

After 14 days all accepted returns (with the exception of bicycles) will be refunded as store credit, only. Restock fee may apply.

All special orders require a minimum deposit of 50%, which must be made at the time of order. Special order returns may not be accepted, but cases will be assessed on an individual basis.
