Founded in Providence in 2016, Nitro Bar began as a handmade coffee cart serving nitro cold brew around the city. Co-founders Audrey & Sam quickly found a home inside Dash Bicycle, establishing their flagship Providence location, with two additional locations now open in Newport. Today, Nitro Bar is a Rhode Island staple known for its signature nitro-infused coffee, seasonal drinks, and local roots, while beginning to expand beyond New England into New York City. Their custom blend is currently on draft at over 60 establishments (and counting) across New England.
